Aldara sent a picture of SANGALANG <br />back room with the beds. I suggested that they issue a Notice to Abate for <br />improper occupancy instead of posting and starting a new case. If owner can have <br />the beds and other items removed by the re-inspection, we could close the <br />complaint. <br />03/29/2021 Inspection with Aldara. Observed two queen sized beds in hallway area behind AFONSKAIA <br />office. There were also some dressers/night stands, a clothes line, and a tv. <br />Harrsh originally said that this was a break room but later said that one of the <br />workers has kids that stay there during their shift and asked if there was an <br />exemption for family owned businesses. We told him that since this is a <br />commercial lot people can not live here and that the beds will need to be removed. <br />A notice to abate was filled out and posted on the wall to the right of the beds. <br />03/31/2021 Completed photo log and placed on shelf to mail out NOA to owner. AFONSKAIA <br />04/12/2021 Re-inspection with Aldara S. The two beds were removed from area behind office. AFONSKAIA <br />Looked at other back areas in market and did not see any beds. Owner/operator <br />stated that the beds were moved to the dwelling that they are renting. Let him <br />know that a commercial building can not be used as a dwelling. <br />04/12/2021 Wrote OIR and completed photo log. AFONSKAIA <br />Abated complaint. <br />sloarpt Page 1 of 1
