Complaint Investigation Summary Report #: 5105 COMPLAINT ID: C00050367 Site Location: 10454 S JANET RD Activity Summary Activity Date Recorded by 03/17/2020 Jose from code enforcement called asking for information on our complaint visit. I SUSZYCKI told him what I could find in the narrative and I also told him that John in CUPA was the one that went out there. Informed John in CUPA and he said that he would talk to Jose. 10/07/2020 Reviewed complaint, printed parcel viewer and checked permits plus. LINDSAY 10/08/2020 Went out with TEAM and Kristina. Tenants daughter (who is an adult) gave us entry on to the property. She was not happy. Informed her of the complaint of people living in the backyard and electrical connections to recreational vehicles. She let us see the backyard. She said she had electrical connections to her workshop but that was it. The backyard was FILLED with items, junk, trash, dogs, chickens, dead rats, etc. Observed a pool that was filled with debris. Observed trailer in the back with a green stripe. It had an electrical cord going somewhere on the property. Wrote a recreational vehicle notice to abate and gave them 14 days to remove the electrical. Observed back of single family dwelling with missing windows, roof eves dilapidated and marked them for the junk and trash. Informed them of the posting and what it means. She was not happy and was making remarks. Got off the property as I could tell tenants were getting upset that we were standing around discussing property and wrote my posting. Posted on gate and took a photo. LINDSAY 10/19/2020 Created photo log for recreational vehicle posting. Printed two copies, one to be LINDSAY mailed to the property owner and one to attach to the complaint. Gave to Scott to review. 03/11/2021 Visited the property with the Community Service Team for a status check inspection. When we arrived we viewed the property first from the rail road tracks where excessive amounts of junk and trash were visible on the property. Eventually a man living in a RV at the front of the property gave us permission to come on. I observed no progress with the house but the previously posted RV no longer had any hazardous connections. SUSZYCKI The well at the front of the property was recently worked on to repair a crack in the casing. The annular space was left open and exposed. I posted a Water Well Notice to Abate stating that the well needed a water tight seal. 03/31/2021 Used the pictures taken during my status check inspection to create a SUSZYCKI photographic log Printed the log and attached it to the complaint. Created an Official Inspection Report stating that all of the violations with the trailer had been corrected. Attached a copy to the complaint.
