He called to inform me that he had just performed an SANGALANG <br />inspection. The property is with PG&E at this time. There is work in progress and <br />the owner has the proper permits to do the work. Michael will close the complaint. <br />02/18/2021 Visited the property and a person that works or live at the back of it let me through SUSZYCKI <br />the gate and told the woman that lives in the single family dwelling from the <br />complaint that I was there. The woman only spoke Spanish so her teenage son <br />translated. He said they had been without power for several weeks due to have to <br />move the electric box but they just recently had it restored. I viewed the new box <br />and saw that the meter was running. <br />I asked if they had heat, a working bathroom, and water. The son said that they <br />did. <br />02/18/2021 Reviewed the complaint and looked up the property on Permits Plus. A permit was SUSZYCKI <br />taken out in January to upgrade the electrical and demolish the unpermitted patio <br />attached to the single family dwelling. <br />Printed out a satellite image of the parcel from Parcel Viewer. <br />03/30/2021 Pictures of my complaint investigation were corrupted and unusable. SUSZYCKI <br />Created an Official Inspection Report stating that no posting was made to not <br />allow for people to live inside the home if the there is no approved or safe power <br />source. Printed the report and attached it to the complaint. <br />Abated the complaint and turned it in for review. <br />5105.rpt <br />Page 1 of 1
