No recent <br />permits were taken out. <br />Printed a satellite image of the property and neighboring property using Parcel <br />Viewer. <br />03/11/2021 Visited the property with the Community Service Team for a complaint <br />investigation alleging that people were living in the vacant commercial building. <br />Recorded by <br />SUSZYCKI <br />SUSZYCKI <br />When we arrived there was an abandoned vehicle and a large amount of trash <br />along the side of the building. A strong smell of cannabis was detectable. Most of <br />the windows on the building were busted out and boarded up. The unit listed as <br />2310 was locked and the Sheriff had to wait on special tools to unlock it. The other <br />units were open. <br />The cat walk and stairs that lead to the second floor were very dilapidated. There <br />was evidence throughout the structure that it was being lived in such as <br />mattresses. Human feces was also seen throughout the structure. Only some <br />cannabis shake was found on the second floor and no grow was discovered. <br />I posted the structure with a Notice to Vacate and a Commercial Building Notice <br />and Order to Abate. <br />See PR0546577. <br />03/24/2021 Abated the complaint to PR0546577.
