I did not see SUSZYCKI <br />any recent permits taken out. <br />Printed out a satellite image of the property using Parcel Viewer and attached it to <br />the complaint form. <br />03/25/2021 Visited the property with Francisco and the Community Service Team. Due to the <br />large amount of people living on the property it took a long time for the Sheriffs <br />Department to clear. About 15 people were living on the property at the time of the <br />site inspection. <br />The PG&E meter was connected, but no electricity was being drawn. The <br />property did not have service possible due to lack of payment. The wiring going <br />from the meter was spliced in hazardous ways and the improper wires were being <br />used. The meter box itself was attached to a pole that was listing and being held <br />up by a tow strap anchored to the ground. PG&E disconnected the power lines <br />from the road while I was on site. They also removed the meter from the pole. <br />There was a Conex box, five sheds, and a camper on site, in addition to the <br />modular home. The Conex box and four of the sheds were found to be improperly <br />occupied with hazardous electrical connections. One of the sheds was large <br />enough to require a permit. When I asked Corrine from CDD if she would require <br />a permit for demo of the large shed (Shed #5) she said yes. The camper did not <br />have any hazardous connections and one of the sheds was unoccupied. <br />The modular home was in a very dilapidated state with exposed wiring, a hole <br />underneath the sink that rotted all the way through to the floor, a non-functioning <br />toilet, and generally unsanitary conditions. <br />The Conex box, four sheds, and the modular home were posted with a Notice to <br />Vacate and a Notice and Order to Abate.
