See official inspection report. ACEVEDO <br /> Upon arrival, I observed all staff on site wearing face masks that are covering their <br /> mouth and noses at this time. I spoke with the manager on site, explained the <br /> reason for my visit and asked if they were aware of a complaint being made of this <br /> nature. The manager stated that masks are required to be worn by all staff on site <br /> at all times, this means worn properly with the mouth and nose fully covered. The <br /> manager stated that there has been times in which a staff member may have <br /> lowered their mask in order to speak to another associate who could of had <br /> trouble hearing due to the mask's interference. The manager continued to state <br /> that, during phone calls, or any other task performed in the kitchen, a mask must <br /> be worn properly on site at all times. I reminded the manager of the state mandate <br /> in regards to mask wearing inside of the facility and the importance of social <br /> distancing. <br /> Observed no violations while on site at this time. <br /> Official inspection report emailed to Ijs32098@ljsilvers.com. <br /> Official inspection report discussed with Charlene Robles, signature not obtained <br /> at this time. <br /> 5105.rpt Page 1 of 1 <br />
