See official inspection report ACEVEDO <br />Upon arrival, I spoke with the store manager in regards to the complaint. The store <br />manager stated that the restroom is allowed for paying customers, but the <br />restroom is usually out of service due to technical issues. The facility does provide <br />another restroom that is fully functional and stocked for the employees on site. <br />The manager was able to find the square footage of the facility being slightly under <br />15,000 square feet. The manager continued to provide work orders for the <br />previous months, showing the restroom constantly being damaged, repaired and <br />then damaged again. <br />Official inspection report emailed to mgr.13984@store.walgreens.com. <br />Official inspection report discussed with Jesse Robles, signature not obtained at <br />this time. <br />51 05. rpt Page 1 of 1
