Nature of complaint: LINHARES <br />"SECOND TIME SHE HAS FOUND A WORM IN HER FOOD. SHREDDED <br />CHICKEN TO BE EXACT." No major violations identified this date. Unable to <br />verify. No re-inspection required. After leaving the restaurant, the owner's wife <br />called and we discussed the complaint and my findings. The owner's wife states <br />that the food in question was a Door Dash order: shredded chicken quesadilla <br />kid's meal with rice and beans. Owner's wife states that, unfortunately, the <br />employee did not bag up and seal the Door Dash order since it was only one item. <br />Called complainant (contact number provided) to discuss the findings of the <br />investigation. Left a message for the complainant discussing the findings of the <br />investigation. Complainant returned my phone call. Complainant states that she <br />listened so my message. Complainant states that there was a full worm (minus the <br />head / with a black colored end) in her daughter's quesadilla. I asked the <br />complainant to send me a photo if available. Obtained the complainant's e-mail <br />address and e-mailed her my info. Complainant states that she will be filing a civil <br />lawsuit. <br />03/23/2021 Followed up with complainant. Called complainant to let her know that I haven't LIN HARES <br />received an e-mailed photo from her. Complainant states that she never received <br />my e-mail. Confirmed e-mail address. Forwarded the complainant the e-mail I sent <br />her on 3-9-21. Received a photo via e-mail from complainant. Attached photo to <br />complaint.
