BOTH EXPERIENCED <br />DIARRHEAAND UNEASY STOMACH WITHIN 30-40 MINUTES. THEY ORDERED BONE-IN 50 PIECE WINGS: HOT <br />LEMON, LEMON PEPPER, GARLIC PARMESAN, AND ORIGINAL. BOTH AT HOME TODAY WITH UNEASY <br />STOMACHS. PHYSICIAN NOT SEEN. <br />VIOLATIONS AND CORRECTIVE ACTIONS <br />Items listed on this report as violations do not meet the requirements set forth in the California Health and Safety Code commencing with section 7; <br />113700. All violations must be corrected within specified timeframe. Violations that are classified as "MAJOR" pose an immediate threat to public health <br />and have the potential to cause foodbome illness. All major violations must be corrected immediately. Non-compliance may warrant immediate closure of <br />the food facility. <br />OVERALL INSPECTION NOTES AND COMMENTS <br />FOOD ITEM -- LOCATION -- TEMP ° F -- COMMENTS <br />No Temperature Data Collected <br />NOTES <br />I went to the facility and spoke with the General Manager who was not aware of a compliant prior to my investigation. <br />Bone in wings are prepared by placing wings in the "Wing Gold' coating (hygrogenated soybean oil) and then dry <br />seasonings from seasoning containers. <br />I observed walk-in where wings are stored. (41F) <br />Wings are in boxes and stored on the opposite side of refrigerator from ready to eat items. <br />Wings are then placed in a container that is placed on ice next to the deep fryer. <br />When ordered the employee washes hands and places wings in deep fryer and washes hands again after wings are <br />"dropped". <br />I took the temperature of a bone-in wing 195F. <br />After wings are prepared they are placed in bowl with sauce or seasoning and tossed and coated. <br />The original wings are not seasoned and are placed onto cardboard food tray for service. <br />FA0022967 C00053583 SC004 03/23/2021 <br />EHD 16-23 Rev. 01/07/2021 <br /> <br />Page 1 of 2 Complaint Inspection Report <br />1868 E.
