Nature of LIN HARES <br />complaint: "in 3 visits in the last 2 weeks, the owner refuses to wear a mask as he <br />greets, waits on, handles payments, cooks and prepares food. On the first visit, <br />the owner encouraged complainant not to wear a mask and stated that a mask is <br />not required in his establishment." Per owner, he complies with the mask <br />requirement. Owner states that he takes mask wearing seriously for both his <br />employees and his customers. Owner states that he is in compliance. Called <br />complainant and left a message discussing my conversation with the restaurant <br />owner. I received a call back from the complainant. Complainant states that he <br />works for a food delivery service and that the owner is not being truthful and that <br />the owner does not wear a mask. I informed the complainant that I reviewed the <br />face covering requirement with the owner and to call us again if the facility is not in <br />compliance.
