Site Safety and Health Plan <br />Stockton Field Maintenance Shop #24 <br />8020 Airport Way, Stockton, CA <br />13.0 EMERGENCY EQUIPMENT AND FIRST AID <br />The following emergency first-aid equipment will be available at the sites and accessible to all <br />personnel. <br />An industrial first aid box with biohazard kit. <br />Emergency eye wash solution will be available in sufficient quantity to ensure the <br />capability of at least 15 minutes of flushing. <br />One 2A-10 B:C type, dry chemical fire extinguisher. <br />The above units will be setup each day in close proximity to work activities. These will be <br />shown on the site map and discussed in the initial site orientation. <br />At least one person certified in first aid/CPR will be on site at all times during monitoring <br />and sampling activities. The SSHO and health and safety designees will also be <br />certified in first aid/CPR. The SSHO will provide on-site personnel with first-aid <br />procedures including heat stress, cold stress, shock, accident prevention, heart attack, <br />stroke, and acute response to on-site contamination event. <br />36 Star Resources Corp
