SAN JOAQUIN COUNTY
ENVIRONMENTAL HEALTH DEPARTMENT
1868 E. HazeIton, Stockton, CA 95205
Telephone: (209) 468-3420 Fax: (209) 464-0138 Web: www.sjgov.org/ehd
OFFICIAL CONSULTATION REPORT
SR #:
SITE ADDRESS: 2428 LUCILE AVE CITY: STOCKTON nnRisni
APN: 080-200-29
PARCEL SIZE: 0.38
INSPECTION DATE: 4-6-2021
REQUESTOR: JOE VIERRA CONSTRUCTION P/E: 4202
TYPE OF CONSULTATION REQUEST: VERIFY IF THE FUTURE 4-BEDROOM HOUSE WILL HAVE SUFFICIENT AREA FOR SEPTIC SYSTEM.

CONSULTATION COMMENTS:
Liquid waste consultation was conducted this date with Joe Vien-a. The followings were noted:
This 0.38 acre lot consists of a 3-bedroom single family residence. This property is served by septic and well.
There is one septic permit on file. The septic system was installed on 7-28-1955. The septic system consists of redwood septic
tank and two 90' long leach lines.
Per owner Mia Dove the redwood septic tank has been replacd with concrete tank. Mia provided photo of the septic tank when
it was placed in the ground. Photo has been attached.
The owner plans to convert the existing house to a garage and use existing septic system for the proposed 4-bedroom dwelling.
A 4-bedroom dwelling will require a total of 1,600 square foot of leach filed. The existing permitted leach field is equivilant to
1,200 squre foot therefore remaining 400 square foot of leach field is required.
EHD solution is to eliminate 40' of north leach line and to install a 60'x10' filter bed between existing leach lines to
accommodate for remaning leach filed and to meet 50' set backs from the neighbor well. See attached drawing for more
information.
Map Area
See Attached
RECEIVED BY:
DATE: APRIL 6, 2021
ENVIRONMENTAL HEALTH SPECIALIST: NASEEM AHMED
PERMITS PLUS DATE:
EI-ID 48-037
Official Consultation Report
9/18/07
