PRESTO, CAROL <br /> Activity Summary <br /> Activity Date Recorded by <br /> 12/31/2020 1 called the facility phone number 209-368-5380 and was referred to cashier Khan PRESTO <br /> 209-334-3233 who referred me to owner Bikram Sodhi 209-814-0300. Informed <br /> him of the complaint and asked if any complaints like this have been brought to his <br /> attention. He is not aware of any. Asked him if any nozzles have been replaced <br /> recently. He stated no nozzles have been replaced recently. Informed him I will be <br /> heading to the facility today to inspect the complaint. <br /> 12/31/2020 On site, witnessed both dispensers 1/2 and 3/4 operating normally. Pumps 1, 2, 3, PRESTO <br /> and 4 were functioning normally. No spillage occurred at either dispenser during <br /> and after customers got gas. Pumps 1, 2, 3 and 4 were shutting off automatically. <br /> No evidence of recent spills. No storm drains. <br /> Unable to verify alleged complaint. No further actions required at this time. <br /> 12/31/2020 Wrote inspection report for observations during complaint investigation today.
