Called complainant regarding alleged complaint. Complainant said they <br />saw someone dumping a bucket of liquid into the street. Unsure of what the liquid <br />was. Complainant stated that people are working on vehicles at the property all <br />the time and sucking out fluids with a wet vac. <br />03/30/2021 Went to site for complaint inspection. Property has a gate and could not tell if <br />anyone was home. Street did not have any staining that would indicate chemicals <br />were poured into the road. The drain in front of the house did not appear to have <br />any chemicals in it. Drain had dry dirt inside. No odor of chemicals observed. <br />The two ditches adjacent to each side of the property were dry with heavy <br />vegetation. Vegetation was not dead. Vehicles parked in front of house were not <br />observed leaking. Could not see any hazardous materials or waste in yard. Left <br />business card at gate. <br />BAKER <br />03/30/2021 Completed photo log. Wrote household hazardous waste letter. Put copy on shelf BAKER <br />to mail to property owner regular mail. Verified GIS in EC. <br />Confirmed with housing unit that Code Enforcement has an open complaint for the <br />junk in the yard. <br />Abated complaint as 08-Unable to verify alleged complaint.
