The proposed plan showed 2 new wells (to avoid SPWS) and series of septic tanks <br />with lift station to a filter bed. I informed Melisa that detail septic plan will need to be <br />submitted to EHD for review and approval with 2 hour plan check fee before EHD release the <br />building permit. Melisa also stated that the building #2 (3 units with 6 BDRMs) is omitted. <br />SS <br />07/21/2010 Greg Applegate called and asked about the conditions.SS <br />07/26/2010 Talk to Rodney regarding this project.SS <br />0730/2010 Applicant Tom Hogan and Melisa of Michael Smith Architect came in and submitted 3 sets of <br />plan of septic system design.SS <br />08/03/2010 Review septic design plans with Steven Shih.TT <br />08/04/2010 Spoke to Mike Smith regarding changes needed to septic design. Addendum pending.TT <br />09/28/2010 <br />Update: The permit fee for septic will be standard commercial fee. Building permit has been <br />released, however septic permit will only be issued when pump design has been stamped by a <br />registered engineer and submitted to EHD for review and approval. <br />TT
