<br />Comments: The EHD did not receive Non -Water Release Corrective Action Cost Estimate plan from the
<br />Operator which was due 7/1/2012.The EHD notified Operator before and provided guidance for completion of the
<br />above plan.
<br />a. Submit Non -Water Release Corrective Action Cost Estimate plan to the EHD.
<br />Notes:
<br />A. Probes at monitoring wells # 4, 6 and 7, measured less than 5% methane by volume of air.
<br />B. Flare was operating at time of inspection.
<br />C. Vegetation was at minimum at time of inspection.
<br />D. Previous AC's cleared.
