I could see where lye was thrown <br />down and a clean-up attempted around the connection to Unit #19. I knocked on <br />the door but no one answered. I spoke to a few of the neighbors and they said it <br />had been an issue for at least a week and it was not the first time that unit had <br />surfacing sewage. The neighbors also commented, which was reiterated by the <br />complainant when I spoke to her, that several other units have also had sewage <br />issues. I posted a Sewage Disposal Notice to Abate and called the management <br />company. I asked the management company to leave a message for the on-site <br />manager to get back to me. <br />Used the pictures taken during my complaint investigation to create a detailed <br />photographic log. Printed it and attached it to the notice and complaint. <br />Turned the complaint in for review. <br />MAILED REGULAR SEWAGE DISPOSAL NOTICE TO ABATE WITH PHOTO <br />LOG DATED 3/23/2021 TO PROPERTY OWNER. <br />BEL AIR MANUFACTURED HOUSING COMMUNITY LLC <br />BEL AIR MOBILE ESTATE <br />6653 EMBARCADERO DR STE C <br />STOCKTON CA 95215 <br />Received a call from Erica the park manager. She told me that everything has <br />been taken care of and that no one is reporting any new clogs or surfacing <br />sewage.
