I <br />emailed pictures to the owner should that the well was not connected to anything <br />and it was missing the turbine and asked him how long the well had been like that. <br />Owner called back. Said that he was going to have g & h take a look to make sure <br />the pump was turning properly before starting to use it again. I let him know that <br />any pump repair or replacement work would need to be done under permit from <br />the EHD and that either he or the well/pump contractor can get the permit. Owner <br />said he was not aware that he had to get a permit and that he had already done <br />some work to the pump. <br />I received an inquiry from Supervisor Winn's office, whom received a letter from <br />Alan Stephens stating the well is in use and has a submersible pump. I contacted <br />Dana Afonskaia and review the photos and saw a pressure switch on top of the <br />well head. I agreed with Mr. Stephens that the will has submersible pump. I called <br />Mr. Stephens and explained the letter that he received and He does not need to <br />worry about the letter that he received. EHD will close the complaint. I spoke with <br />MS. Afonsdaia and advise her to close this complaint. <br />Spoke with Steven about complaint.
