COMPLAINANT BEGAN EXPERIENCING SYMPTOMS OF DIARRHEA, <br /> STOMACH GURGLING AND GAS AT AROUND 8:30 AM. COMPLAINANT WAS STILL EXPERIENCING SYMPTOMS AT <br /> TIME OF COMPLAINT. <br /> VIOLATIONS AND CORRECTIVE ACTIONS <br /> Items listed on this report as violations do not meet the requirements set forth in the California Health and Safety Code commencing with section 7; <br /> 113700.All violations must be corrected within specified timeframe. He stated that none of the employees have been ill. <br /> Food process: Prime rib meal is served only on Fridays/Saturdays/Sundays. Baked potatoes and prime rib are kept in <br /> warmers. Chicken is cooked when order is placed.
