All violations must be connected within specified timeframe. Violations that are classified as "MAJOR' pose an immediate threat to public health <br />and must be contacted immediately or be subject to closure pursuant to California Code of Regulations (Title 22) section 65545. <br />43 Safety Signs <br />OBSERVATIONS: Facility address sign is missing. Provide address sign by the emergency contact number. <br />CALCODE DESCRIPTION., Pool operator shall keep safety signs well maintained. (CCR 65535) Safety signs shall have clearly legible <br />letters or numbers not less than 4 inches high, unless otherwise specified. Safety signs shall be affixed to a wall, pole, gate, or similar <br />permanent structure in a location visible to all pool users, unless otherwise specified. (CBC 31208) <br />il4 Safety Equipment <br />OBSERVATIONS: Safety pole is 6' telescopic. Provide 12' solid safety pole. <br />CALCODE DESCRIPTION., Safety equipment shall be provided, maintained, readily visible, and available for use. Pools shall have at <br />minimum one 12 foot fixed -length rescue pole with a permanently attached body hook and one 17 -inch life ring with an attached throw <br />rope.
