SAN JOAQUIN <br />COUNTY <br />Environmental Health Department <br />If no action is taken to abate the conditions at the Facility as described in the inspection report <br />then EHD will file an Administrative Enforcement Order and Notice of Defense (hereinafter <br />'Order") against you. <br />However, EHD is extending you the opportunity to advise of any other information that you <br />believe should be considered before the EHD files an Order against the you. <br />Further, EHD is willing to discuss with you options for settlement of these issues without <br />further enforcement action.
