Within 72 <br /> hours of being provided a signed copy of the report,the owner or operator shall provide a description of each <br /> corrective action taken or to be taken and shall sign and date the report, acknowledging the identified compliance <br /> issues. <br /> CORRECTIVE ACTION: Ensure all designated operator inspection reports are completed and signed within the <br /> required time frame in the future. <br /> This is a Class II violation. <br /> 302 CCR 2630(d), 2641(a)Leak detection equipment not installed/maintained/located to detect leaks at earliest <br /> opportunity. <br /> OBSERVATION: The 87 and diesel STP 208 sensor were located on the opposite end in the sump from the product <br /> piping and not located to detect a leak at the earliest opportunity. <br /> REGULATION GUIDANCE: Monitoring equipment shall be maintained to be able to detect a leak at the earliest <br /> possible opportunity. <br /> CORRECTIVE ACTION: The sensor was relocated to the lowest point of the sump by the service technician. <br /> Ensure that all monitoring equipment is maintained and located to detect a leak at the earliest opportunity. <br /> This is a Class II violation. <br /> Overall Inspection Comments: <br /> An inspection checklist was provided to the facility operator on the day of inspection.
