Both the hazardous waste and hazardous material business <br /> plan violations CANNOT be granted extensions. <br /> Please provide a new return to compliance by 6/22/2021. <br /> Also,the signed return to compliance form submitted to the EHD indicated that photos and documents were attached <br /> as well.
