The site map has not been submitted/Certified for year 2021. <br /> REGULATION GUIDANCE:A site map shall contain a north orientation, loading areas, internal roads, adjacent <br /> streets, storm and sewer drains, access and exit points, emergency shutoffs, evacuation staging areas, hazardous <br /> material handling and storage areas, and emergency response equipment. <br /> If a site map element is not applicable for your facility then list it on the map and label as"NA". <br /> The business owner/operator shall annually review and certify that the business plan is complete, accurate, <br /> up-to-date and in compliance with Section 11022 of Title 42 of the United States Code.An annual electronic <br /> submittal satisfies these requirements.The annual business plan shall be submitted/certified by January 15 of each <br /> calendar year and may be submitted beginning November 1 of the previous year. <br /> CORRECTIVE ACTION: Immediately log into the CERS at http://cers.calepa.ca.gov/, review and submit/certify the <br /> current and complete information. <br /> This is a repeat violation, Class II. <br /> 7 HSC 25505(a)(3) Failed to electronically submit an adequate ER procedures for a release or threatened release. <br /> OBSERVATION: The emergency response plan is not complete with all the required information. Line E3 is not <br /> completed with the evacuation assembly area(s).
