Will conduct site visit next week. <br />04/05/2021 Site visit. Arrived at the site and met the owner Douglas Eugene Anderson phone <br />number 916-712-7989. Explained to Mr. Anderson nature of EHD complaint. Mr. <br />Anderson agreed to show me the parcel. The parcel is cramped with various <br />material/waste/boats/cars/RVs. Out of about 10 more more RVs only three of <br />them I noticed issues with. I have marked the locations of the RV on the printed <br />parcel viewer map. These RV had water and electrical connection. The electrical <br />connection for the three RVs run anywhere from 10 to 30' from outlet to RV. I let <br />Mr. Anderson know that the electrical connection are a hazard. He stated he will <br />unplug the connection. He stated he will do it sooner than later as he is fighting <br />pneumonia at the moment due to COVID-19. Out of three RV Mr. Anderson lives <br />in one of them. The other one I did not notice if any habitants were occupying it. <br />The RV Mr. Anderson lives in has sewer line going into the ground. See photos. I <br />will call this RV number 1. The other RV did not have sewer connection. <br />Office follow up to inspection. Print photo log and narratives from site visit. <br />Discussed complaint and site findings with Scott and Mike. The three RVs with <br />electrical connection are violation of CCR25, Section 1607(d)) and the owner RV <br />is in violation of CCR25, section 1607 (e)) as well. Notice to abate generated and <br />put in Tiffany Sok in box to be mail out certified to Douglas Eugene Anderson. <br />Called Mr. Anderson went over violations with him.
