Called and spoke to <br />Deputy Eszlinger who reported —250ft long extensions cords plugged in and <br />running from the first duplex (duplex closest to the street) at 532 S Los Angeles <br />Ave in Stockton through 512 S Los Angeles Ave to an RV trailer located at 448 S <br />Los Angeles Ave. The De uty mentioned that 6 months ago he spoke to Jose with <br />Code Enforcement about a similar issue at these locations. <br />The owner of the RV trailer is es in the first <br />e Deputy had plug the extension <br />coFda1Td requestedt ä he EHD follow up on this complaint tomorrow. <br />The proper owner of 532 Los Angeles Ave and 448 Los Angeles Ave is Nisha <br />Hifez <br />Deputy's report # 21-5436. <br />Documented narrative. <br /> <br />03/11/2021 Called and provided complaint info to Laura Sauers, office assistant, with the FLORIDO <br />complaint info in order to generate a complaint number. Emailed Scott Sangalang, <br />Ld Sr RENS, and Mike Suszycki, REHS, the complaint info. <br />03/31/2021 Reviewed the complaint and looked up the property on Permits Plus. I did not see SUSZYCKI <br />any recent permits taken out. Code Enforcement has an open case on the <br />property for a mobile home being brought there with out permits. <br />Printed out a satellite image of the property using Parcel Viewer and attached it to <br />the complaint. <br />03/31/2021 Visited the property and spoke with a man and a woman living in a large RV in the SUSZYCKI <br />middle of the property. They said that the owner told them that they could be there <br />in order to keep people out of the unpermitted mobile home and shed. The <br />property has a large amount junk dumped on it and Jose from Code Enforcement <br />has already contacted the owner over this. <br />No one was living in any of the structures and the occupants of the RV stated that <br />they actually share an apartment down the road.
