Complaint Investigation Summary Report #. 5105 COMPLAINT ID: C00053520 Site Location: 7130 S EL DORADO ST Activity Summary Activity Date Recorded by 04/05/2021 Called owner Jamail Tut to ask what the situation was with the mobile home. He AFONSKAIA said that he was planning on getting it reclassified to be an office building and that CDD told him to contact the housing authority in Sacramento and that he had called them and left a message and no one has called him back yet. He said that the mobile home was currently occupied. I told him that I would speak with my supervisor and see if the building would have to be red tagged. Asked about the barrels and he said that they are empty. Told him that I am going to refer a complaint to CUPA about the barrels. Called Marcel there was no answer, left a message requesting information about the complaint. Asked John about the barrels observed east of the truck driving training lot. He said to put into a haz materials complaint for the barrels and to send him the picture and the owners number. \ Put in pink slip for complaint. Spoke with Steven and Scott about the complaint. Scott said to just post the mobile home with the notice to abate and give them 10 days to at least start the process in getting it permitted and that as long as they are working toward that it would be fine not to red tag the M.H. Called owner back and relayed the information to him. He said that when he was buying the property he was told by someone from the county that the mobile home was permitted. I told him I was not involved with that and I am just responding to the complaint that I have. Asked him if there was a time I could come by this week and post the mobile home. He said that John was supposed to meet him tomorrow and that he could meet out there at the same time as well. Marcel called back. Said that they would need to demo and remove the mobile home as it was placed there unpermitted in an industrial zone. The owner has not got any demo permits yet. She said that if the owner wanted to reclassify it to an office building that he would need to go through the state but they usually don't have office mobile homes. 04/05/2021 Complaint investigation with Daria A. SALINAS 04/06/2021 Field inspection with Aldara S. Drive time, posting time under PR0546672. AFONSKAIA 04/06/2021 Met with Dada and John at the premise. The owner let us go inside the mobile SALINAS home. The smoke detectors were missing and an unpermitted addition bedroom to the back of the mobile home. 04/07/2021 Completed photo log. Asked Aldara if it sufficed. She said some revisions were AFONSKAIA needed. 04/12/2021 Corrected PL and submitted to housing shelf to mail out owner copy. Shannon told AFONSKAIA me I'd need to open a housing case before mailing it out. 04/15/2021 Referred to housing case PR0546672. Corrected dailies. AFONSKAIA 5105.rpt Page 2 of 2
