1
Backus, Garrett [EHD]
From:Backus, Garrett [EHD]
Sent:Tuesday, April 27, 2021 2:14 PM
To:Ken Capitanich
Subject:RE: Question regarding submittal
Hi Ken,

It’s in the facility information – business activities

In the hazardous waste section, the question is “Does your facility consolidate hazardous waste generated at a remote
site”

Currently this question is answered “yes”.

This question is answered “yes” if you work offsite at unmanned locations (such as a power pole or other equipment)
and generate hazardous waste (such as used oil). The hazardous waste is transported back to the 12751 N Thornton Rd
address for storage until proper disposal.

If your facility does not have this type of operation then answer “no” and resubmit the CERS info.

Garrett Backus, Ld. I’m pretty sure that
isn’t applicable. I seem to be just going in circles as I click around on here.
Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Thank you,
