See official inspection report. ACEVEDO <br />Upon arrival, I observed all staff on site were currently wearing masks properly. I <br />spoke to the operator on site, who stated that all employees must wear a mask <br />while on site, masks are provided if they do not have their own and different <br />masks types are also provided so the associates feel comfortable wearing a mask <br />for the duration of the their shift.
