Provide a corrective action statement to the San <br /> Joaquin County Environmental Health Department within 30 days. <br /> This is a Class II violation. <br /> 601 CCR 66262.34(d)Stored hazardous waste onsite greater than 180 days(90 days acute/extremely). <br /> OBSERVATION: The following hazardous waste container as found on-site with an accumulation start date of <br /> greater than 180 days : One 55 gallons drum of oily debries with accumulation start date 8/28/19. <br /> REGULATION GUIDANCE: Title 22 California Code of Regulations section 66262.34. <br /> CORRECTIVE ACTION: Immediately dispose of the hazardous waste stored on site greater than 180 days in <br /> compliance with Title 22 California Code of Regulations. Provide a corrective action statement and a copy of the <br /> disposal records to the San Joaquin County Environmental Health Department(EHD)within 30 days. <br /> This is a Class II violation. <br /> 605 CCR 66262.34(f) Failed to completely label containers or portable tanks of hazardous waste. <br /> OBSERVATION:A hazardous waste container was observed on-site with incomplete labeling. The container was <br /> one 55 gallons drum of oily debries.The container label is not marked with name and address of generator, <br /> hazardous properties, physical state, and composition (See inspection photo). <br /> REGULATION GUIDANCE: All hazardous waste containers shall be marked with the following information: the <br /> words"Hazardous Waste", name and address of generator, hazardous properties, physical state, composition <br /> (contents), accumulation start date <br /> CORRECTIVE ACTION: Immediately label the containers as required for hazardous waste. Provide a corrective <br /> action statement and supporting documentation/photo of the label to the San Joaquin County Environmental Health <br /> Department(EHD)within 30 days. <br /> This is a minor violation. <br /> Overall Inspection Comments: <br /> On-site to conduct a hazardous waste inspection. There were six violations during the inspection.
