The components missing <br /> are : location (s ) of fire extinguishers and location (s ) of spill control equipments . <br /> REGULATION GUIDANCE : The business operator must post the following information next to telephones or in <br /> areas directly involved in the generation and accumulation of hazardous waste : the name and emergency <br /> telephone number of the emergency coordinator, the location of fire extinguishers and spill control material , and the <br /> telephone number of the fire department unless the facility has a direct alarm . <br /> CORRECTIVE ACTION : Immediately post the required information at the facility . Provide a statement to the San <br /> Joaquin County Environmental Health Department that the correction is complete . <br /> This is a minor violation . <br /> 403 CCR 66262 . 34 (d ) (2 ) Failed to keep hazardous waste containers closed except when adding or removing hazardous <br /> waste . <br /> OBSERVATION : The following open hazardous waste storage containers were observed on-site : One 55 gallon <br /> blue steel drum of petroleum mix with water was observed in the dumpster area not tightly closed . <br /> REGULATION GUIDANCE : A container holding hazardous waste shall always be closed during transfer and <br /> storage , except when it is necessary to add or remove waste . <br /> CORRECTIVE ACTION : Immediately close these containers and ensure all hazardous waste containers are closed <br /> when not adding or removing waste .
