WASTE DISCHARGE REQUIREMENTS ORDER NO. 10 <br />WILLIAM LONG, SCOTT LONG, AND <br />LONG RANCH, INC. <br />SAN JOAQUIN COUNTY <br />Upon installation of the monitoring wells and completion of sampling and analysis of <br />the baseline samples, a report of the field activities and analytical Sample results shall be <br />submitted. This report shall contain the chain-of-custody forms and laboratory <br />analytical sheets. In addition, this report shall provide regional groundwater quality data <br />from off-site supply wells of similar depth. A discussion of potential sources of <br />degradation of the deeper water bearing zones, using both on- and off-site supply well <br />data, shall be provided. <br />If the Regional Board staff notify the Discharger that review of monitoring data indicate <br />evidence of a release that threatens or poses a potential threat to water quality, the <br />Discharger will formulate a mitigation plan and submit it to the Regional Board within <br />90 days of notification. <br />A copy of this Order shall be kept at the discharge facility for reference by operating <br />personnel. Key operating personnel shall be familiar with its contents. <br />The Board will review this Order periodically and will revise requirements when <br />necessary. <br />I, GARY M.
