MONITORING AND REPORTING PROGRAM ORDER NO. 3 <br />WILLIAM LONG, SCOTT LONG, AND <br />LONG RANCH, INC. <br />SAN JOAQUIN COUNTY <br />Upon written request from the Discharger, analyses for Nitrate and TDS may be deleted after the fifth <br />year, provided that significant changes in water quality have not occurred. <br />REPORTING <br />In reporting the monitoring data, the Discharger shall arrange the data in tabular form so that the date, <br />the compounds, and the concentrations are readily discernible. The data shall be summarized in such a <br />manner to illustrate clearly the compliance with waste discharge requirements. Analytical data sheets <br />must be included. The annual report shall be submitted to the Regional Board by the 31st of January <br />of each year and shall cover all waste disposal activities during the previous year. <br />The annual report shall also contain the following information: <br />Date of the report; name, address, and telephone number of report preparer. <br />• The dates and results of all inspections and sampling events as required above. <br />The average daily population of animals at the facility during the period of maximum animal <br />confinement. <br />Records of all off-site manure transactions during the previous year including volumes and <br />destination. <br />Maintenance of freeboard. <br />The number of times the wastewater from the holding pond was discharged to the cropland <br />during the previous year. <br />The crop(s) grown on the cropland and estimated yield during the previous year. <br />Descriptions of off-property discharges including: <br />Date and time of discharge; <br />Duration and location of discharge; <br />Source of waste discharged; and <br />Corrective actions(s) taken, including date of action(s). <br />9. Changes in the ownership or operator including the current name, address and telephone number. <br />The results of any monitoring done more frequently than required at the locations specified in the <br />Monitoring and Reporting Program shall be reported to the Board. <br />In addition, the report shall contain a discussion of the compliance record and the corrective actions <br />taken or planned that may be needed to bring the discharge into full compliance with the waste <br />discharge requirements.
