Main Street, Stockton, CA 95202 <br />RE: Well Abandonment Report <br />Port West Complex, Port of Stockton, Stockton, California <br />On April 13 and 14 2011, Environmental Risk Services Inc. (ERS) abandoned five wells (W-13, <br />W-32, W-120, W-234, and W-235) and four piezometers (P-101, P-102, P-105, and P-179) under <br />permit San Joaquin County Environmental Health Department permit SR# 0062310. RSI <br />Drilling, Inc was mobilized for the well destructions. All wells were pressure grouted in place <br />at a minimum of 25 PSI for at least 5 minutes. A minimum of 1.5 case volumes of neat cement <br />were injected into each well. All well abandonments were completed with a "mushroom cap" <br />of neat cement buried approximately one foot below surface grade. A map showing the <br />location of the wells and the original well construction logs are attached. <br />There is no evidence of ground water contamination or risk to ground water quality in sites that <br />are associated with these wells. The Regional Water Quality Control Board — Central Valley <br />Region issued a letter approving of the well abandonments dated March 30 2011.
