Photo 10: Building 816 and 916. The poor condition of these buildings is evident <br />through numerous factors. Note the numerous broken windows (as shown within the <br />circle). The corrugated metal siding on the building is also warped (as shown by the <br />arrow), resulting in a hole for water to seep through in the forefront and further <br />damaging the interior of the building. The fascia board is in poor condition due to <br />wood frame decay. The exterior paint of the buildings is also peeling, which if <br />airborne, could be a health hazard. <br />Photo 11: Building 816-916.
