Surface water samples must be obtained du the first hour of discharge from (1) the first storm event of the wet season, and (2) at least one other storm event in the wet season. Surface water monitoring results must be reported semiannually. Surface water samples must be collected, analyzed, and reported for the monitoring parameters in accordance with the methods and frequency specified in Table 5.
