As stated in the Development Plan, the <br />distance between the water channel (on the left) and the buildings (on the right) is too <br />short for modern crane installation. In addition, there is also no onsite parking for the <br />transit sheds forcing the cars to park and block the entrance to the buildings. These <br />buildings are also unsafe for occupation due to the structural cavities, which hinder <br />the buildings usage. <br />Photo 10: Luce Avenue near Building 813 (warehouse). As demonstrated in the <br />above photo, the streets and the setbacks between the two warehouse buildings are <br />not wide enough to accommodate the loading of large trucks.
