This report was prepared under <br />the terms and conditions described in Dames & Moore's May 10, 1991 Phase II Site Investigation <br />proposal. Included in this report is a discussion of the scope of services performed, site geologic and <br />hydrogeologic conditions, procedures used during the investigation, findings of the investigation, and our <br />conclusions and recommendations. <br />As requested by Metropolitan Stevedore, separate reports have been prepared for Parcels I and <br />II collectively, and for Parcel III individually.
