Although TRPH and VOCs were detected in soil collected from the capillary fringe, they were <br />not detected in groundwater (Section 3.3). The 'TRPH, VOC, and acetone detections in the capillary <br />fringe may be the result of migration of impacted groundwater during a time of higher groundwater <br />elevation or alternate flow direction. <br />Arsenic was detected in groundwater at concentrations above the MCL in MW-1 and MW-4. The <br />distribution of arsenic appears limited to these wells. Additional analysis for arsenic is needed to confirm <br />its presence its presence.
