TRPH was not detected in groundwater samples collected from Parcel III; <br />VOCs were not detected in groundwater samples collected from Parcel III; <br />Sulphur and sulfate concentrations in groundwater samples collected from Parcel III are <br />detectable but not elevated; and <br />Sulfide is not present in Parcel III groundwater. <br />5.2 RECOMMENDATIONS <br />Dames & Moore makes the following recommendations: <br />Fuels and petroleum waste products permanently or temporarily stored on site should be <br />placed in secondary containment structures to prevent dispersion of petroleum <br />hydrocarbons to the ground; <br />I Groundwater monitoring wells should be resampled and analyzed for arsenic to determine <br />if arsenic may be problematic; <br />The remainder of the copper concentrate stockpile should be properly disposed or placed <br />on a impermeable surface to prevent additional impacts on near surface soils; and <br />Installation of an impermeable surface along the conveyor system easement should be <br />considered to prevent additional impacts on near surface soils. <br />SAC28.013 December 20, 1991 <br />21 <br />7,7)A r
