3.0 SCHEDULE AND ESTIMATED CHARGES <br />Dames & Moore is prepared to begin work within one week of receipt of written authorization <br />to proceed from Metropolitan Stevedore. Completion of the work will be partially dependant on the <br />procurement of applicable permits and drilling subcontractor availability. We estimate that approximately <br />four to six weeks will be required to complete the outlined scope of services from the initiation of field <br />activities. <br />Estimated charges for Dames & Moore's services as outlined in Attachment A of this proposal <br />are $72,989.00. This total will not be exceeded without prior authorization from Metropolitan Stevedore. <br />4.0 WARRANTY AND LIABILITY <br />It is our understanding that the Phase II work will be performed under the same General <br />Conditions as outlined for the Phase I work in signed proposal dated March 5, 1991. <br />Thank you for the opportunity to submit this proposal.
