Nevertheless, the findings of this report <br />clearly do not reveal any significant differences between the baseline report and <br />the current ground water conditions that are not consistent with the pre-existing <br />conditions that were established in the 1991/1992's baseline report. <br />In light of the above, on behalf of MSC, IRE requests that these wells be <br />permanently closed in place. As such, MSC will be proceeding with submitting a <br />well destruction application to Mr. Mike Infurna of the SJCEHD, so these wells <br />can be properly and permanently closed in place as witnessed by the SJCEHD. <br />In closing on behalf of MSC, IRE appreciates your spirit of partnering, <br />guidance and cooperation throughout this project. In particular, we are <br />appreciative to your keen technical guidance during our final selection of the <br />SAP's constituents of concern. <br />1
