VIII. Limitations <br />This report has been prepared specifically for the Metropolitan Stevedore <br />Company Site, located at the Port of Stockton and was done according to the <br />current State and local agency suggested guidance documents for these <br />investigations. The interpretations, conclusions and recommendations made <br />herein are based on the data and analysis for the soil and water samples <br />collected on-site, or other on-site reports and should be reviewed in the context <br />of this report and other site reports. Conditions of the property can change over <br />time and the use of this report by third parties is entirely at their own risk. Please <br />note that reports of contamination must be submitted to the agencies in a timely <br />manner. TRE is not responsible for errors in other consultants' reports, <br />laboratory analysis and reporting, or for information not available, nor unreported <br />or unknown sources of site contamination during the course of the study, and no <br />warranty or guarantee is expressed or implied therein. <br />Xl.
