<br />Any person who rides, drives, or propels any vehicle upon and
<br />along the track of any railroad, through or over its private right
<br />of way, without the authorization of its superintendent or other

<br />and endanger safety; public nuisance; highway signs and lights
<br />Any person, partnership, firm or corporation installing,
<br />setting up, maintaining or operating upon public or private Property, any sign
<br />or light in line of vision along any main line
<br />track of any railroad in this State of such type or in such form or
<br />manner that it may be mistaken for any fixed or standard
<br />railroad signal when viewed from an approaching locomotive
<br />cab, railway car, or train, by the operators or employees upon such
<br />locomotive cab, railway car or train, so as to hinder the safe
<br />and efficient operation of such locomotive, railway car or train,
<br />and endanger the safety of persons or property upon such
<br />locomotive, railway car, or train, shall be guilty of maintaining a
<br />public nuisance. No sign, signal, flare or light placed within the
<br />right of way of any street or highway by public authorities in
<br />charge thereof, considered necessary by them to direct or warn
<br />highway traffic, shall be deemed to violate this section.

<br />§ 3691. Trespass on railroad property
<br />Any
<br />person who enters or remains upon the property of any
<br />railroad without the permission of the owner of such land, If agent or the person fl lawfulpossession and whose entry Presence or conduct u
<br />pon such property interferes with, inter- rupts, or hinders, or which, if allowed to continue, would
<br />interfere with, interrupt, or hinder the safe and efficient
<br />operation of any locomotive, railway car or train is guilty of a misdemeanor.
<br />As used in this section, "property of any railroad" means an
<br />land owned, leased, or possessed by a railroad upon which i
<br />placed a railroad track and the land immediately adjacen
<br />thereto, to the distance of 20 feet on either side of the track
<br />which is owned, leased or possessed by a railroad.
<br />This section does not prohibit picketing in such
<br />immediately adjacent area or any lawful activity by which the public is
<br />Stats.1968, C. 1125, § I.) informed of the existence of an alleged labor dispute. (

<br />Anything which is injurious to health, or is indecent. or offensive to the
<br />senses, or an obstruction to the free use of
<br />property, so as to interfere with the comfortable enjoymeni life
<br />or property by an entire community or neighborhood,
<br />or by any considerable number of persons, or unlawfully obstructs th
<br />e free passage or use, in the customary manner, of
<br />any navigabk lake, or river, bay, stream, canal, or basin, or any public part
<br />square, street, or highway, is a public

<br />371. Public nuisance; unequal annoyance or damage
<br />An act which affects an entire community or neighborhood,
<br />or any considerable number of persons, as specified in the last
<br />section, is not less a nuisance because the extent of the
<br />annoyance or damage inflicted upon individuals is unequal.
