County of San Joaquin. Further, G & J ALLEN - <br />FLECTRTC INC. is, and has heen a tenant of the premises owned <br />and managed by Defendant Marlowe for approximately 25 years. <br />Tn or about November of 1991 Plaintiff began seeking <br />medical advice, diagnosis and treatment for physical ailments <br />-which involved, but were not limited to the following! <br />Kidney, Prostrate, Bladder, clouded vision, dizziness, <br />lethargy, sleeplessness, severe joint Pain, dental problems <br />and other internal prollIpmr.. Plaintiff sought medical aid for <br />diagnogis and treatment of these nnd other problems from no <br />less that sixteen (16) health care providers from approximate- <br />ly November of 1991 to October of 1993. <br />- 7. At a result of seeking a solution to his Physical <br />ailments various tests and trentmonts were performed in an <br />attempt to diagnose and resolve the symptoms which included <br />but were not limited to: CT Scan, Kidney Biopsy, hospitaliza- <br />tion, dental extractions, and medications. <br />8.
