top Date:
Kar n J. Th
Proj ct Hy gist
L')0c/illaA 61')_
Limited Phase II Environmental Site Assessment
United Storage
2115 West Washington Street
Stockton, California
Delta Project No. A002-124-1
Page 8
6.0 LIMITATIONS OF ENVIRONMENTAL ASSESSMENTS
The observations and recommendations contained in this report represent our professional opinions.
These opinions were arrived at in accordance with currently accepted industry and engineering practices
at this time for this location and are subject to the current industry standard. Other than this, there are no
warranties implied or intended.
6.1 Site Data Review
Delta obtained, reviewed, and evaluated information available from the client, property owner, and local,
state, and federal offices. Delta's conclusions, opinions, and recommendations are based, in part, on this
information. Delta's services did not include the verification of the authenticity of this information.
6.2 Site Reconnaissance
Delta performed a limited site reconnaissance to document current conditions. As every effort was made
to conduct the site reconnaissance within the project time and budget allotted, Delta focused on property
areas deemed more likely to exhibit waste material conditions while others may have received limited
attention or were inaccessible at the time of our reconnaissance.
6.3 Interpretation of Results — Final Report
Delta's report is based upon the information provided to Delta and Delta's observations made during the
site reconnaissance. Given the inherent limitations of environmental assessment work, Delta does not
guarantee that the site is free of hazardous or potentially hazardous materials or conditions, or that latent
or undiscovered conditions will not become evident in the future.
This report was prepared by DELTA ENVIRONMENTAL CONSULTANTS, INC.
Reviewed by:
( Date:
Keith E.
