Immediately notify site supervisor or geologist of any condition, event or <br />circumstance which you believe to be hazardous or unhealthy. <br />Confined Space Entry: Not applicable to this project. <br />Spill Containment Procedures: Any spill of potentially contaminated fluid will be <br />contained with temporary earthen dikes. The spill will be cleaned up by soaking it with soil <br />and then putting the soil into storage drums for disposal. <br />Questions: (a time for attendees to ask questions of the site safety officer to ensure <br />understanding of the items covered. <br />Personnel in attendance shall review of Site Safety Plan including route to nearest <br />emergency medical facility, emergency phone numbers, and symptoms of exposure to site <br />health hazards. <br />Personal in attendance at the site safety meeting for this project will sign and date the <br />following record of attendance indicating they attended the safety meeting and have <br />familiarized themselves with the Site Safety Plan.
