(AGE) has prepared this <br />Limited Site Assessment Work Plan for the property located at 2615 North West Lane, Stockton, <br />California. The scope of work includes the treatment and disposal of septic tank contents, cleaning <br />and inspection of the septic tank and advancement of soil borings for the collection and analysis of <br />soil samples in the area of a septic system. <br />Sampling procedures are scheduled to commence upon approval of the work plan and procurement <br />of soil boring permits. AGE will notify the San Joaquin County Environmental Health Department <br />at least 48 hours prior to commencement of sampling procedures.
