Advanced GeoEnvironmental
William R Little
Senior Project Geologist
California Geologist No. 7473
15 December 2008
AGE-NC Project No. 06-1414
RECOMMENDATIONS
Based on the results of this investigation, AGE recommends that no further action be required at this
site related to the soil and groundwater conditions present, and that the site be closed and removed
from the Groundwater Protection/Underground Injection Control Program.
LIMITATIONS
Our professional services were performed using that degree of care and skill ordinarily exercised by
environmental consultants practicing in this or similar localities. The findings were based mainly
upon analytical results provided by an independent laboratory. Evaluation of the geologic conditions
at the site for the purpose of this investigation are made from a limited number of available data
points (i.e. soil samples), and subsurface conditions may vary away from these data points. No other
warranty, expressed or implied, is made as to the professional interpretations, opinions and
recommendations contained in this report.
The opportunity to provide this service is greatly appreciated. If you have any questions regarding
this matter, please contact our office at (209) 467-1006.
Sincerely,
Attachment
cc: Mr. Michael Infuma - EHD
