(Padre) is pleased to present the attached Technical Work <br />Plan/Site Health and Safety Plan (TWP/HSP) to complete soil assessment activities in support <br />of the removal of fuel oil piping at the Kaiser Permanente facility, 7373 West Lane, Stockton, <br />San Joaquin County, California (Project Site). Padre understands that the piping is situated <br />underground within 4-inch diameter secondary piping, is approximately 175 feet long, and is <br />used to supply fuel oil to an existing emergency power generator. <br />Padre appreciates the opportunity to provide environmental services to Petro-Analytical, <br />Inc.
